Sustainability and capacity for duplicity of a project are great success fairies of well designed and carefully implemented projects. Teen Mothers and Vulnerable girls, while receiving FREE quality vocational training, give back to the project in terms of labor to make this program sustainable.

The strength of any project therefore, lies in its ability to be self sustaining and we have put forth the following procedures to ensure the continuity of the project upon the expiring of the funding period.

1. Sale of finished school products and school tuition fees.

2. Participation of volunteer professionals will eliminate the cost of specialized professional services; whether commercial, legal or consulting etc.

3. Returns from the small loans given to the graduate women will be recycled into the project.

4. Sourcing for more funds from donors.
